The Situation

A GCC-based consulting firm was preparing a proposal for a large S/4HANA migration project. They needed to know, before submitting, whether the talent existed in the MENA market at the rates their proposal would support. Their internal team had no visibility into the MENA SAP talent pool.

What We Did

KOIAK ran a talent mapping exercise across our network for four SAP profiles: FI/CO Lead, MM Consultant, Basis Administrator, and Project Manager with S/4HANA experience. Within ten days, we returned a market brief: availability by profile, realistic rate ranges, and an indicative shortlist of professionals who had informally confirmed interest pending a live brief.

The Outcome

The Situation

A US-based technology company with a growing GCC customer base needed to expand its cloud engineering capacity without the cost and timeline of US-market hiring. They had explored hiring directly in Egypt but had no local entity and no appetite to establish one for a role that might evolve.

What We Did

KOIAK presented the staff augmentation model: the professional would be employed by KOIAK in Egypt, work inside the client's team on US Eastern time overlap, and be invoiced monthly in USD. The client had no employment exposure, no entity requirement, and no payroll complexity. We ran the search, presented two AWS-certified profiles within three weeks, and handled the full commercial setup.

The Outcome
